Description

Our Moses Lake Community Health Center is seeking a proficient and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the administration of the HR department, including project management, process documentation, and collaboration with leadership to provide exceptional service to our staff and community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure HR administrative processes meet department and staff needs, including creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and collaborating with the HR team for process improvements.
  • Develop, update, and deliver training on HR policies and procedures.
  • Lead HR improvement projects, from planning to implementation, including training relevant parties.
  • Manage credentialing and privileging for licensed practitioners and clinical staff as per organizational policy.
  • Partner with HR staff to develop and manage the retention program.
Requirements

Possesses general work-related skills at a higher level than completion of high school, including written and verbal communications skills, computational and computer skills, and mathematical knowledge frequently acquired through completion of a “business school (non BA/BS)” or “associates degree” type program

Human Resource Generalist certification is required and 3 years Human Resources experience.
