Shawta earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Pacific Lutheran University, followed by a Master of Public Health from Texas A&M University. She later completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice at Washington State University.
Shawta is passionate about supporting the mental health of our community and feels honored to be part of each patient's journey.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two golden retrievers, especially training and playing with them. She also loves traveling to visit friends, family, and explore new destinations.
