Notice of Data Incident

Moses Lake Community Health Center (MLCHC) was recently notified by our vendor CaptureRx of a recent event at CaptureRx that may affect the privacy of certain data CaptureRx received from several healthcare providers, including MLCHC. CaptureRx has provided this notification about the event. To access the notification, please visit CaptureRX

While our services may look different, our commitment to high-quality, and compassionate healthcare remains the same.

  • We continue to see patients in our clinics
  • In our drive-up areas
  • Through video and phone appointments

Safety protocols put in place regarding care include, but are not limited to:

  • All individuals entering Moses Lake Community Health Center facilities, including team members, will continue to be screened for COVID-19 symptoms.
  • All individuals entering Moses Lake Community Health Center facilities will be asked to wear a cloth face cover. Patients may bring their own or may opt to wear one supplied by MLCHC.
  • All care team members will wear surgical masks and gloves, as well as other necessary personal protective equipment (PPE), at all times when caring for patients.
  • We are still requesting that patients limit those accompanying them to one support person, if needed.
  • Six-foot social distances have been established in public areas such as waiting rooms.

Extra cleaning and disinfection of high-touch, public surface areas will continue.
