Moses Lake Community Health Center Receives Grant to Support Women’s Health
Moses Lake, WA – January 5, 2026 – Moses Lake Community Health Center is proud to announce that it has received a generous grant from the Paul Lauzier Charitable Foundation to enhance women’s health services in Grant County. This funding will allow the Center to purchase new colposcopy equipment for its medical clinics in both Moses Lake and Quincy, strengthening its ability to provide comprehensive family practice care, including cancer screening.
Since its opening in 1978, Moses Lake Community Health Center has served the people of Grant County with compassion and dedication. Over the past 47 years, the Center has grown from a single clinic into a trusted network of three clinics, delivering high-quality care to more than 32,000 community members annually. These services include a full spectrum of women’s health care, from preventive screenings to obstetric care.
Community health centers have been a cornerstone of accessible, high-quality primary care since their inception in 1965. Today, more than 1,400 health center organizations serve over 30 million patients across the United States, ensuring that individuals receive care regardless of insurance status or ability to pay.
The Paul Lauzier Foundation was created pursuant to the Last Will and Testament of Paul Lauzier. During his lifetime, Mr. Lauzier made numerous contributions to religious, educational, and community organizations. His legacy of charitable giving continues through annual grants awarded by the Paul Lauzier Charitable Foundation in support of community development, youth programs, public health and safety, education, and agriculture.
