In partnership with the City, MLCHC is excited to share an important improvement that will make accessing our clinic easier for patients and neighbors alike.
Beginning February 2, 2026, construction will begin on the Coolidge Street extension to Wheeler Road. Once completed, this new route will allow patients to reach our clinic directly from the main road, without driving through surrounding residential neighborhoods.
What to Expect During Construction
- Construction is expected to take approximately three months
- Portions of Coolidge Street and Terrace Avenue will be temporarily closed
- Clearly marked detour signage will be in place to guide traffic
- Access to MLCHC will remain open throughout the project
Because of the temporary route changes, we recommend allowing a few extra minutes for travel to your appointment.
