Description

Our Quincy Medical Department is seeking an energetic, experienced Customer Care Representative to join our Medical team! As a team player you will provide excellent customer service while performing administrative and clerical tasks. The candidate must exhibit a positive attitude and thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Check-in pre-registered, new, and established patients.
  • Gather and enter demographic information accurately into the Electronic Medical Record system.
  • Answer calls and routes them to the appropriate departments.
  • Provides excellent service information and support to patients and colleagues on the phone and in person. 
  • Accurately schedule appointments with the appropriate provider, time, length, and type. 
  • Contribute to continuity of patient care by making recall and outreach calls. 
Requirements
  • Possesses general work-related skills at a higher level than completion of high school, including written and verbal communication skills, computational and computer skills, and mathematical knowledge frequently acquired through completion of a "business school (non BA/BS)" or "associates degree" type program
  • Bilingual Spanish/English or Russian/English preferred but not required
