Moses Lake is a rapidly growing community, boasting 300 days of sunshine. You will find excellent schools, a local college, multiple parks, and activities for all ages. Enjoy the best in outdoor activities within close proximity to recreational areas, such as the Cascade Mountains, Columbia River, several lakes, and ski resorts. If you like camping, skiing, fishing, biking, hiking, golfing, boating, etc. you’ll love Eastern Washington. Located on the I-90 Corridor, enjoy easy access to nearby metropolitan areas, such as Seattle or Spokane.

Quincy, a long-established farming community, celebrated its Centennial in 2007, and has recently welcomed Microsoft and Yahoo Data Centers to the business community. Quincy prides itself with approximately a dozen local wineries. You can enjoy 4-star dining, lodging & leisure activity nearby with a short drive to Crescent Bar Resort or Cave B Inn at Sagecliffe. While progress brings change, Quincy residents remain strong in their sense of community.

Ephrata is the county seat of Grant County, in Central Washington. The community and its founding members had a significant impact on the development of the Columbia Basin. Centrally located in Washington, you are just a quick drive from any part of the state. Ephrata offers outdoor recreation, quiet neighborhoods, a mild climate, and that small-town feel.

Electrical power in Grant County is one of the cheapest in the country and living expenses are moderate. Live and work in the Pacific Northwest without the traffic, high cost of living, or the rain.
