How to Join Your Video Visit
We use the secure, HIPAA-compliant Doxy.me platform for virtual visits. Here's how to log in:
- Use a Device with Internet Access
You can join from a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a webcam and microphone.
- Click the Link to Check In
Go to: https://mlchc.doxy.me/checkin
- Enter Your Name
Type in your name when prompted—this lets your provider know you’ve arrived.
- Enable Audio and Video
Your browser will ask to use your camera and microphone. Please select “Allow.”
- Wait in the Virtual Waiting Room
After checking in, you’ll be placed in a virtual waiting room. Your provider will start the visit when they are ready.
