Dear Moses Lake Community Health Center Patients,
Over the last two years Moses Lake Community Health Center made many changes to the way you schedule appointments with your doctor. This caused many of you to become frustrated. Our intent was to improve our systems for you, but instead our efforts upset you; I am sorry for the trouble we may have caused you.
The reason we come to work every day is to serve you and provide you with high quality and respectful care. We want to make it easy for you to see your doctor at the time and date that works best for you and your family. We are working hard to make our systems better for you. Please tell us how we are doing and how we can improve by completing a patient comment form. These can be found in any of our waiting rooms.
