Application Process

When applying for more than one position, a separate application must be submitted for each position. The Health Center does accept unsolicited applications, which are filed for future reference; however, we encourage you to visit this site often and submit a separate application for each position that interests you even if you’ve applied before. Applications are considered active for 6 months. To request an application packet by mail or fax, contact the Human Resources Department at (509) 765-0674.

Please complete all sections of the application and any required supplemental forms. “Refer to Resume” or “See Resume” is not an acceptable response. Please review the job announcement carefully and submit all required documents, such as cover letter, resume, references, etc. with your application.
