Jill Simon, MD

Jill Simon, MD
Born in Windsor, Ontario, Canada, Dr. Simon received her Medical Doctorate from University of Alberta in Canada where she also completed her residency, specializing in Family Medicine with a fellowship in Emergency Medicine. Dr. Simon has been with the Health Center over 10 years and has developed meaningful relationships with patients and colleagues. She enjoys reading and cross stitch, stamping and card making. She and her husband are avid fans of the Edmonton Oilers.

Larry Verhage, MD

Larry Verhage, MD
Dr. Verhage completed undergraduate studies in Biology and Chemistry at Trinity Christian College, received his Medical Doctorate from the University of Illinois and completed Residency at University of Iowa, specializing in Family Medicine. He has been with the Health Center over 10 years where he feels continually challenged. Dr. Verhage is a volunteer with the Christian Missionary Alliance Relief Organization providing medical care at the Hope Clinic in Guinea, West Africa and serves on the Moses Lake Christian Academy Board of Directors. He has been happily married for 21 years and has eight children. The area offers great weather for enjoying his favorite pastimes: camping, hiking, boating and swimming and raising sheep.

M. Ryan Tolley, MD

M. Ryan Tolley, DO

Dr. Tolley completed undergraduate studies in Biology at California State University at San Bernardino and received his Doctorate of Osteopathy from Western University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific. He completed the Wilson Family Practice Residency in Johnson City, NY. Dr. Tolley has been with the Health Center for over six years. He is involved in church service and the boy scouts as a volunteer. He enjoys the small town feel and recreational activities available in the community where he and his wife are raising their five children. Dr. Tolley enjoys running, camping, gardening, water sports and spending time with his family.

Andrea Carter, MD

Austen Stasiak, MD
Dr. Austen Stasiak, MD completed his Medical Doctorate from St. Matthew’s University in 2012 and completed his Family Medicine Residency at Southern Illinois University. Dr. Stasiak enjoys skiing, camping, hiking and boating. He is bilingual in English/French. When asked why he likes working at Moses Lake Community Health Center he responded” I have enjoyed my experience here at MLCHC especially because I am able to give patients the care they need from infant to adult. I enjoy the great community here in Moses Lake, and spending time with my wife. We enjoy the ability to ski and hike nearby.”

Andrea Carter, MD

Cole Hemmerling, MD
Dr. Cole Hemmerling received his Medical Doctorate from the University of Saskatchewan in 1994 and completed his Family Practice residency at University of Alberta Faculty of Medicine in 1995. Dr. Hemmerling and his family moved to Moses Lake in 1996. Dr. Hemmerling enjoys many interests including running, climbing, farming and hockey. He can be found year around running and in winter at the local rink playing and coaching hockey.

Kris Kehler, ARNP

Erica Gregoire, ARNP
Erica Gregoire received her Bachelor Degree in Nursing from Washington State University and her Masters Degree in the Family Nurse Practitioner program at Washington State University in 2012. Erica has worked in various areas of medicine over the last 18 years as a Registered Nurse before continuing Master’s degree program. She and her husband of eighteen years stay busy with their three children. The family enjoys staying active with participation in many activities like tennis, karate, gymnastics, baseball and dance. They also enjoy attending local community theater productions and concerts. Erica said “Moses Lake is our home. We enjoy raising our family in a smaller community that offers many opportunities for outdoor play. I have been able to grow professionally working in a rural health care setting that offers so many opportunities to practice different types of nursing.”

Kris Kehler, ARNP

Kris Kehler, ARNP
Kris received her Bachelors degree in Biology from the University of Washington, and completed her Nursing degree at Olympic College. She earned her Masters as a FNP from Washington State University. Previous to joining Moses Lake Community Health Center, she worked as an RN in ER, pediatrics and at Samaritan Hospital in the Mother and Baby unit. After spending time serving our patients during her clinical rotations she was excited to begin her career as a Nurse Practitioner at the Health Center. She and her husband of 20+ years and their three active, busy children relocated to Moses Lake from the Seattle area about 4 years ago and have come to love the community, people and ample opportunities for outdoor play.

Valerie Kato, ARNP

Valerie Kato, ARNP
Valerie completed her Bachelor’s of Nursing at Washington State University and her Masters Degree at Gonzaga University in Spokane. Valerie has worked as a nurse for the past ten years on a surgical floor, inpatient trauma/burn rehabilitation and in ICU. She enjoys backpacking, fly fishing, skiing, knitting and gardening. She loves living in Central Washington with her husband of eight years, and enjoys a small town. She is looking forward to working at the Quincy Community Health Center.

Robert Ebel, PA-C

Robert Ebel, PA-C
Bob completed undergraduate studies in Human Nutrition at Washington State University. He worked six years for the Health Center as a Registered Dietitian and Director of the WIC Nutrition program before completing the Physician Assistant program at the University of Washington, School of Medicine MEDEX Northwest. He has been a primary care provider at the Health Center for five years. Bob and his wife are longtime Moses Lake residents and have two daughters. Bob enjoys spending time with his family, building furniture and woodworking, kayaking, hiking and backpacking and routinely rides his bike to work.

Allen Noble, PA-C

Allen completed undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University and received his Masters in Physician Assistant studies from Pacific University. He served a mission in Switzerland and was a volunteer at Essential Health Clinic while in graduate school. He and his wife were raised in the Wenatchee area and enjoy spending time with their son and nephew. Allen enjoys family outings, boating, swimming, skiing and working around the house.

Amanda Peterson, PA-C

Amanda completed her undergraduate studies in Physician Assistant Studies at Idaho State University. Amanda has spent many hours volunteering at various free clinics and working with youth groups in the community. She also spent 18 months in Brazil where she learned to speak Portuguese while volunteering for her church. Amanda enjoys being active such as running, but also enjoys slowing down to read and spend time with friends and family. Amanda and her husband have three dogs, 2 Chihuahuas and a Boxer. They are excited to live here in Moses Lake because they like the community and its small town charm.

Arlene Johnson, PA-C

Arlene completed her undergraduate studies at Youngstown States University majoring in Biology and her Physicians Assistant Studies at Midwestern University. Arlene chose to work in Moses Lake to help bring quality healthcare to patients that might not otherwise receive care in our community. Arlene enjoys hiking, camping, kayaking, reading and music. Arlene and her husband are excited to live here in Moses Lake because the community is so friendly and they enjoy its small town feel.

Magdalena Stasiak, PA-C
Magdalena Stasiak completed her Bachelor of Science in Physiology and Physician Assistant studies at Southern Illinois University. She is bilingual in English and Polish. Magdalena enjoys cooking, traveling, learning about different cultures, kayaking, hiking and spending time outdoors. Magdalena was born in Poland and spent a large part of her life in Illinois. She is excited to live in the beautiful Pacific Northwest with close proximity to the mountains and the ocean. Magdalena and her husband like the sunny weather and small town charm of Moses Lake along with the friendly and welcoming residents.

Donna Dabney, PA-C

Donna Dabney, PA-C
Donna completed undergraduate studies in Allied Health Sciences at the Community College of the Air Force and completed the University of Washington, MEDEX Northwest Physician Assistant program. During her 20 year career in the Air Force, she had the opportunity to serve on several humanitarian tours in underserved areas. Donna is involved in the Celebrate Recovery Program, helping people overcome habits, hang-ups and addictions. Donna enjoys gardening and painting and spending time with her grandchildren. She enjoys the remoteness of the area with close proximity to larger towns, the friendly helpful people in the community and she appreciates the agricultural landscape and four distinct seasons.

Charles Webberley, PA-C
Chaz completed his undergraduate studies at Portland State University majoring in Organismal Biology and his Master of Physicians Assistant Studies at Oregon Health and Science University. Chaz chose to work at Moses Lake Community Health Center to work with a diverse population in a rural underserved area. He enjoys Moses Lake because it reminds him of his hometown Washougal Washington, but without the rain. Some of Chaz's hobbies include motorcycles, outdoor activities, and photography.
