Sherry Delgado, Vice Chair (1991-2012)
Sherry was born and raised in Nebraska before moving to Washington. She attended York College and the Northwest Intermediate Banking School and is Bank Manager for Washington Trust Bank, a family-owned bank. She is a volunteer with the Moses Lake Chamber of Commerce, Moses Lake School District, and member of the United Way of Grant County Board of Directors and many other community organizations and events. She and her husband of 38 years have 5 children and 8 grandchildren. She enjoys sewing and cooking and making a difference in the community.

Frances Leinweber (1993-2010)
Frances was born and raised in Eastern Washington. She grew up in Warden and has continued to live there with her husband and family for over 40 years. Frances worked in the sugar beet fields and potato factories and currently works for the Department of Social and Health Services as a Financial Leadworker. She loves spending time with her grandchildren, reading, and being outdoors.

Sharon Lange (1995-2012)
Sharon is a native of Grant County, raised on a wheat farm outside of Ephrata. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from Washington State University and is a Special Education Teacher for the Moses Lake School District. Although involved in the community through her work with young children, Sharon is most proud of her volunteer work for the Health Center. She is married and has three sons. She enjoys reading, going to movies and spending time with friends and family.

Carol Schimke, Secretary (2002-2011)
Born in North Dakota, Carol has been in Moses Lake for nearly 40 years. She received an Associates of Arts degree in Nursing and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. She is a Registered Nurse (RN) with the Grant County Health District. She is involved in the local Relay for Life campaign and Moses Lake Lioness service club in addition to her volunteer work with the Health Center. She enjoys reading and spending time with her family, including her pet dog.

Juan Carlos Magallenes (2004-2012)
Juan Carlos, his wife and 3 children came from Lima, Peru to Quincy 4 years ago when he was appointed to be the Pastor of the Primera Iglesia Bautista (First Baptist Church) in Quincy. He studied at the Baptist Theological Seminary of Lima. Then he served as pastor for 20 years before moving to the United States. He is a board member of the Community that Cares and part of the Mayor's Commission on Cultural Relations in Quincy. He enjoys designing web pages. Other hobbies include playing Christian and Peruvian music with his family.

Amy Raymond, Treasurer (2006-2010)
Amy and her husband were both born and raised in Moses Lake. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and is a Certified Public Accountant. She is pleased to use her training to give back to the community and support the mission of the Health Center. She enjoys golfing, gardening and spending time with her family in her spare time.

Scott Campbell, Chair (2007-2011)
Scott received his Master of Sciences from the University of Oregon and is the Vice President of Planning and Development for Samaritan Healthcare. He likes the challenge of meeting the needs of the underserved while running a sound business and being a part of a vital organization by serving on the Health Center’s Board of Directors. He is a member of the Sunrise Rotary Club, Habitat for Humanity and the Grant County Economic Development Council. Scott is a third generation native of the northwest and enjoys gardening and biking in his spare time.

Jacinto Valverde (2008-2012)
Born in Mexico, Jacinto has been in the Quincy/George area for the last 27 years and is well-respected in the community. Jacinto is an active participant in LULAC (League of United Latin American Citizens) and is good at resolving problems. He looks forward to sharing his opinion and information on topics that benefits the farm worker community. Jacinto spends his free time with his wife and 3 children.

Juan Reyes (2008-2012)
Juan was born in Mexico and now he and his wife call Quincy home. Juan’s experience in the agricultural industry and involvement in his church provide an avenue for information sharing.
